Position: General Operative 
Location: Fleetwood
Hours: 07:00 – 19:00
Duration: Long term work 
Pay Rate: £20 Per Hour 
Requirements: CSCS Card, Clean Drivers License 
Shift Pattern: 12 Days on 2 Days Off 
Key Responsibilities: General labouring duties, driving a pick up truck 

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a General Operative to work on a long-term project in Fleetwood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general labouring duties across the site
• Driving a site pick-up truck to transport materials, equipment, and personnel where required
• Assisting trades and site teams with daily operations
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials safely around the site
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards
• Supporting the wider construction team to ensure project deadlines are met

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Previous experience working on construction or civils projects preferred
• Reliable and able to commit to a long-term project and shift pattern
• Good understanding of site safety procedures

Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
