About the Company:

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Roller Operator to join a long-term earthworks project in Manchester.

Requirements:

• CPCS or NPORS with CSCS
• Safety Critical Medical
• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating rollers on earthworks projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the safe movement of vehicles, plant, and pedestrians around the site
• Banksman duties including directing plant and delivery vehicles safely
• Controlling access and egress points and maintaining site security procedures
• Assisting with traffic management during busy site operations
• Communicating effectively with plant operators, site teams, and delivery drivers
• Ensuring all site safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements are followed
• Maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel on site
