Site Supervisor
Position: Working Supervisor
Location: Biggleswade
Project: Utilities / Civils
Hours: 07:00–17:30 (10 hours paid)
Duration: 2 months+
Salary or Pay Rate: £270–£290 per shift (DOE)
Requirements:
- CSCS
- SSSTS
- NRSWA Supervisor
- Safety Critical Medical
- Banksman Ticket
- AW Passport (beneficial)
- Temporary Works competency (preferred)
- Machine Ops ticket (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising groundworks and utilities operations on site
- Managing daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Coordinating operatives, plant and materials
- Delivering daily briefings and ensuring compliance with RAMS
- Maintaining high health and safety standards and liaising with the site management team
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience supervising utilities or heavy civils projects
- Strong understanding of safe systems of work
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate site operations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
