Requirements: CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor to join a long-term Water Treatment project based in Balsall Common.
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong civils background to oversee site operations on a busy Water Treatment project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site teams, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring works are completed efficiently and to programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising teams and daily site activities
- Coordinating subcontractors and operatives on site
- Ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently
- Monitoring health & safety compliance at all times
- Reporting progress and site updates to management
- Maintaining quality standards and productivity on site
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate
- First Aid Qualification
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Strong civils background essential
- Previous experience on water treatment or infrastructure projects advantageous
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
