Location: Swindon
Project: Cut and Fill, Concreting, Ducting, Drainage
Hours: 07:30 – 17:30
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: £26 PH
Requirements: Valid CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid (3 Day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting out paperwork
- Managing sub-contractors on site
- Managing 10x lads (2/3 Gangs)
- Works are – Cut and Fill, Concreting, Ducting, Drainage

About the Company:
Foundation personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full day-to-day supervision of site operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project programme and specifications
- Coordinating and managing 2–3 gangs (approx. 10 operatives), allocating tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Acting as the main point of contact on site for subcontractors, engineers, and project management teams
- Overseeing all groundworks activities including cut and fill operations, concreting, duct installation, and drainage systems
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with RAMS, permits to work, and site-specific safety procedures
- Carrying out daily briefings, toolbox talks, and maintaining strong communication across all operatives and subcontractors
- Monitoring site progress against programme and reporting delays, issues, or variations to the site/project manager
- Managing site paperwork including daily diaries, site reports, allocation sheets, and health & safety documentation
- Ensuring quality control checks are carried out and works are delivered to required standards before sign-off
- Supporting and enforcing strict health & safety compliance, carrying out regular site inspections and addressing unsafe practices immediately
- Coordinating deliveries, plant movements, and material logistics to maintain efficient site workflow
- Assisting with snagging and completion works to ensure smooth handover of sections or phases
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
