Project Manager
Foundation Personnel Limited are currently recruiting for a Project Manager in Teesside.
We are seeking an experienced/Senior Project Manager to play a key role in delivering works on the Net Zero Teesside Power, one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure schemes driving the transition to low-carbon energy.
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a first-of-a-kind carbon capture and power generation project, supporting the delivery of major civils packages on a flagship programme.
You will take full responsibility for delivering major civils (groundworks) packages, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful delivery.
-Lead delivery of complex civils packages on a major infrastructure project
-Manage and mentor teams including Engineers, Site Managers, and Foremen
-Act as key client interface and chair senior meetings
-Drive strong H&S and “right first time” quality standards
-Manage commercial performance, risks, and opportunities
-Support contract management, variations, and client negotiations
-Promote a collaborative, solutions-focused approach across stakeholders
Qualifications:
-HNC / Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
-Black CSCS Card
-SMSTS
-Appointed Person (Lifting Operations)
-Temporary Works Coordinator
Skills & Experience?
-5+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager in civil engineering
-Proven delivery of £30m+ infrastructure projects
-Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
-Commercially aware with solid contract understanding
-Excellent communication and team leadership capability
Salary: £75,000 – £80,000
Location: Teesside
