Rate: £22 per hour
Hours: 07:30 – 17:30
Tickets / Qualifications Required:
- 360 Excavator with Lifting Ops (Essential)
- Pass Drug & Alcohol Test on Induction (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local 360 Excavator Operator to work on a finishing works package in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.
This role is on behalf of a leading UK infrastructure contractor delivering major highways, civil engineering, and urban development projects nationwide. The company is widely recognised for its involvement in large-scale transport and public realm schemes, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficient project delivery.
You will be responsible for carrying out finishing works using a 360 excavator, supporting the final stages of the civils package.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a 360 excavator for finishing works
- Kerbing, road formation, and paving support
- Final grading and trimming to line and level
- Assisting with material movement and lifting operations
- Working closely with groundworkers and finishing gangs
- Ensuring high-quality finishes in line with project specifications
- Conducting daily plant checks and reporting any issues
- Maintaining safe working practices at all times
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
