Hours: 07:30 – 16:30
Tickets / Qualifications Required:
- CSCS Card (Essential)
- Forward tipping Dumper / Ride on Roller Ticket (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Groundworker to work on a civils project for a new leisure centre in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
This role is on behalf of a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor delivering infrastructure, commercial, and public sector development projects across the UK. The company is recognised for its high-quality delivery on complex civils packages, strong site standards, and commitment to safety and programme performance.
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of civils duties including road formation, drainage, and finishing works as part of the site gang.
Duties Will Include:
- Road formation and finishing works
- Shallow drainage installation
- Ducting and service runs
- Installing gullies and kerbing
- Operating dumper and roller when required
- Working alongside plant operators and site supervisors
- Ensuring works are completed to line, level, and specification
- Supporting general site duties as required
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
