Hours: 07:30 – 16:30
Tickets / Qualifications Required:
- CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS Hologram) (Essential)
- Lifting Ops (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local 360 Excavator Operator to work on a civils project for a new leisure centre in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
This role is on behalf of a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor delivering infrastructure, commercial, and public sector development projects across the UK. The company is recognised for its high-quality delivery on complex civils packages, strong site standards, and commitment to safety and programme performance.
You will be responsible for carrying out excavation and lifting operations in support of the civils package, including drainage, ducting, and road formation works.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a 360 excavator for civils and groundworks activities
- Excavation for shallow drainage, ducting, and gullies
- Supporting road formation and finishing works
- Carrying out lifting operations in line with site plans
- Assisting with kerbing and service trench excavation
- Working closely with groundworkers and site supervisors
- Conducting daily plant checks and reporting defects
- Ensuring all works are completed to line, level, and specification
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
