- CSCS Card – Blue (Formwork) (Essential)
- Safety Critical Medical (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Shuttering Carpenters for an upcoming project starting in April in Brighton, East Sussex.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK and globally. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced offsite manufacturing capabilities, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on large-scale developments.
You will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork using Peri and Doka systems for a range of concrete structures.
Duties Will Include:
- Building temporary molds (shuttering) for concrete structures such as columns, walls, and beams
- Assembling and dismantling formwork using Peri and Doka systems
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring accuracy, alignment, and structural integrity of formwork
- Working closely with steel fixers and concrete teams
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting general site duties when required
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
