8–10+ years’ experience in construction logistics, ideally on large infrastructure or energy projects

Strong project management and logistics planning experience

Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (civils, logistics, HSE, design)

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for Logistics Managers for an upcoming opportunity on a major construction project in Glasgow, Lanarkshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading construction logistics and plant solutions provider that supports some of the UK’s largest infrastructure, civil engineering, and energy developments. The organisation is known for delivering highly structured logistics operations, advanced site planning, and integrated support across complex projects.
You will be responsible for overseeing site logistics planning, transport coordination, and delivery management across the project.
Duties Will Include:

Developing and managing the site logistics strategy, layout, and traffic management plans

Coordinating site deliveries, transport movements, and logistics operations

Working closely with HSE teams to ensure safe logistics practices on site

Producing logistics schedules, reports, and planning data to support programme delivery

Collaborating with civils, design, factory, and off-site logistics teams
-
Supporting SMR programme deliverables and logistics planning improvements
-
Managing daily logistics operations and coordinating with site management teams

Ensuring all logistics operations follow strict health & safety standards
