Hours: 07:30 – 17:30

Tickets Required:

• Blue CPCS or NPORS w/ CSCS – Lifting Operations (Essential)

• Safety Critical Medical (Essential)

Foundation Personnel are currently looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join a drainage gang in Daventry, Northamptonshire. The role involves operating a 360 excavator on civils projects, with drainage works up to 4m deep. This is on behalf of a highly regarded contractor delivering major groundworks and infrastructure schemes across the UK. Known for their commitment to safety, quality, and reliability, they have a strong reputation for delivering complex civils and drainage projects to the highest standards.

Duties Will Include:

• Operating a 360 Excavator for drainage works up to 4m deep

• Supporting civils gang with trench boxes, manholes, and ducting works

• Carrying out lifting operations in line with safety procedures

• Daily machine checks and defect reporting

• Assisting with groundwork duties when required

Requirements:

• Valid Blue CPCS or NPORS with Lifting Ops endorsement

• In-date Safety Critical Medical

• Previous experience on drainage and civils projects (up to 4m deep)

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
