Position: Advanced Scaffolder
Location: Brighton, West Sussex
Start Date: Immediately
Duration: Ongoing – Work until Spring 2026
Rate: £27.00 – £28.00 per hour (overtime rates available)
Hours: 07:30 – 17:30
Expenses: No digs or Travel included

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for Advanced Scaffolders to work on a large-scale project in Brighton, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading engineering and construction contractor, recognised for delivering some of the UK’s most high-profile and technically complex infrastructure and building projects. With works secured well into next year, this role offers stability and long-term prospects.
Duties Will Include:

Erecting and dismantling complex scaffolding structures

Interpreting and working from drawings and specifications

Carrying out scaffold safety inspections in line with regulations

Supervising and mentoring Part 1 and Part 2 Scaffolders on site

Liaising with site management to ensure smooth coordination of works

Maintaining strict health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:

CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Gold Card
-
In-date Safety Critical Medical
-
Demonstrable experience working on large civils or construction projects

Strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness
