Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: Temporary Employment
Salary: £190.00
Requirements: CSCS Card – Experience in Drainage and Pipelaying
Foundation Personnel is seeking a Groundworker to join a pipelaying gang in Thurston, Suffolk. The project involves working on roads and sewers, specifically installing drainage systems up to 3 meters deep. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in drainage and roadworks, working safely and efficiently within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of drainage systems, working up to 3 meters deep on roads and sewers.
- Work within a drainage gang, contributing to the successful completion of road and sewer projects.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring the safe handling of equipment and materials.
- Work closely with machine operators, supervisors, and other groundworkers to ensure tasks are completed on time and safely.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CSCS Card required.
- CPCS or NPORS card
- Proven experience in drainage and pipelaying for roads and sewers.
- Ability to work within a team, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
- Strong understanding of health and safety guidelines in civil engineering projects.
