Project: Earthworks – Major Highways Scheme
Scope: Overseeing a Section of Earthworks and Site Operations
Hours: 07:00 – 18:00 / 19:00
Duration: Ongoing
Salary: £350 per Shift

Foundation Personnel are looking for Site Agent to join a large-scale highways infrastructure project near Bedford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a section of the earthworks package, coordinating teams on-site, and ensuring safe, timely, and quality-driven delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading and coordinating site teams on assigned sections

Monitoring progress, programme, and quality of works

Ensuring health and safety compliance across all activities

Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and clients

Managing permits, site paperwork, and daily reporting
-
Contributing to problem-solving and delivering project milestones
Requirements:

SMSTS (mandatory)

First Aid at Work – 3 Day (mandatory)

CSCS Card – Management level (Black card beneficial)

Proven Earthworks experience on large infrastructure projects

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Updated CV showing relevant highways or civil project history
