Position: Groundworker with Confined Space
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Project: Drainage, Finishing, and Manhole Installation (2.5m Depth)
Hours: 07:30-17:00
Duration: On Going Work, Temporary Employment
Salary: £22 per Hour
Tickets Required:
– CPCS or NPORS/cscs logo – Forward Tipping Dumper/ Ride on Roller tickets (Beneficial)
– Confined Spaces (Medium Risk)
Foundation Personnel are looking for Groundworker with Confined Space for a project in Yeovil, Somerset. The role involves drainage work, finishing tasks, and manhole installation at a depth of up to 2.5 meters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drainage Works: Install and maintain drainage systems to project specifications.
- Finishing Tasks: Carry out slabbing, kerbing, and finishing work with precision.
- Manhole Installation: Construct and complete manholes at depths of up to 2.5 meters.
- Machine Operation: Operate forward tipping dumpers and ride-on rollers as required.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Confined Space(medium Risk) is essential
- CPCS Card or NPORS Card with CSCS Logo required.
- Forward Tipping Dumper/ Ride on Roller tickets are beneficial.
- Proven experience in drainage, finishing, and manhole installation.
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards in construction environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and follow instructions.
