Foundation Personnel is seeking a skilled Topman/Slinger for a project in Chippenham, Wiltshire. The role involves ensuring safe and efficient operations of 360 excavators, supervising pipelayers, and assisting with drainage and pipelaying tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Pipelayers: Oversee pipelaying teams to ensure accurate and efficient drainage installation.
- Slinger/Signaller Duties: Safely direct 360 excavator operations and communicate effectively with operators to maintain site safety.
- Site Coordination: Assist in organizing and maintaining the site to ensure smooth operations.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and standards, including proper use of PPE.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CSCS Card required for site access.
- Slinger/Signaller Ticket essential for directing machinery operations.
- Proven experience in pipelaying and drainage work.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- Ability to communicate effectively with teams and equipment operators.
- A proactive approach to maintaining site organization and safety.
