Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer and Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with multiple customers and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Contract Management: Handle contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements.
- Project Scheduling: Develop and manage schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with superintendents and support teams to drive project success.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in deep foundation and/or geotechnical construction, with experience managing contracts valued at $5 million or more preferred.
- Sector Experience: Experience in both private and public sector projects is advantageous.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of deep foundations, including secant/tangent piles, micropiles, driven piles, caissons, soil nails, slurry walls, and dam anchors.
- Leadership Skills: Proven supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel as needed for projects.
