Hours: 6:30AM to 4:30PM
Duration: 1 Year
Salary or Pay Rate: £21 PH
Requirements: CPCS or NPORS W / CSCS
Foundation Personnel are looking for a highly experienced Wheeled Loading Shovel Operator to join a busy site starting Monday 20th October.
This is an excellent long-term opportunity — with up to of 12 months’ work and potential to continue longer for the right operator.
You’ll be working for a major infrastructure project, operating in a fast-paced environment loading materials into wagons and managing stockpiles efficiently. Reliability, precision, and experience working on large-scale earthmoving or aggregate sites are essential.
Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS W / CSCS Wheeled Loading Shovel ticket

Proven experience operating on large or busy sites

Strong understanding of site safety procedures

Ability to work as part of a professional, high-performing team
