Foundation Personnel are looking for a Vehicle Plant Marshall to support piling operations on a major project in Suffolk. This role involves working alongside the piling crew, ensuring a safe and organized work environment, and assisting with general labouring tasks when marshalling is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marshalling vehicles and plant machinery to maintain safe movement on-site
- Working closely with the piling crew, keeping their area clean and organized
- Assisting with general labouring duties when traffic marshalling is minimal
- Taking initiative to support site teams and operations
- Following all health and safety protocols
Qualifications and Requirements:
- CPCS or NPORS card required
- Must be able to pass a background criminality check
- Previous experience as a Traffic/Vehicle Plant Marshall beneficial
- Ability to work independently and support site operations
- A proactive and team-focused attitude
