Foundation Personnel, a leading Geotechnical and Foundations recruitment agency, is currently seeking a qualified Superintendent to join our clients team.
Our client is a geotechnical design-build construction company specializing in deep foundations, earth retention and ground modification.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and direct daily field activities for geotechnical construction operations including deep foundations, earth retention systems, grouting, and marine work.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production goals and project schedules.
Interpret and implement project plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and design-build criteria.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with contract requirements and engineering intent.
Supervise and mentor foremen, operators, and craft personnel.
Foster teamwork, accountability, and professional development within field crews.
Coordinate subcontractors and specialty vendors to maintain schedule and quality expectations.
