Position Title: Site Manager – Oil and Gas
Location: Teesside
Start Date: March
Salary Range: £60k
Role Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Site Managers with a strong Oil & Gas background to oversee a dynamic team on this landmark project. The role is primarily office-based (70%) with responsibility for managing site operations, health & safety, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage site teams including 2 General Foremen, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and up to 30 site operatives.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, RAMS, and SMSTS standards.

Oversee project planning, progress monitoring, and reporting.

Coordinate between office, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.

Support apprentices and junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in Oil & Gas or heavy civil engineering projects.

SMSTS certified.

Strong knowledge of RAMS, Health & Safety, and site management procedures.

Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
