Salary: 350.00 Per Day

Foundation Personnel is seeking a qualified Site Engineer / Foreman for a civils project in Avonmouth, Bristol. The role will involve overseeing drainage, temporary works, and tank installations, as well as supporting the engineering and operational aspects of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set out and monitor civil works, including drainage, tanks, and temporary works.
- Act as a Foreman, managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring work is carried out according to project plans.
- Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
- Lead and direct site teams, communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management to maintain progress and quality.
- Assist with maintaining records, drawings, and reports related to site works.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SSSTS certification.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer and/or Foreman in civil engineering works, including drainage, temporary works, and large infrastructure elements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple workstreams.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety procedures.
