Site Agent
Position: Site Agent – Civils / Utilities
Location: Loughborough
Project: Severn Trent Project – Rising Main Sewer
Hours: TBC
Duration: 8 months – Starting ASAP
Salary or Pay Rate: £400 – £450 per day (CIS)
Requirements:
-
Strong background in water / wastewater civils
-
Experience delivering rising mains or pumping station schemes
-
Ability to manage General Foreman and Setting Out Engineer
-
Comfortable working alongside a visiting Project Manager (2 days per week) and weekly Construction Manager oversight
-
Proven experience delivering works safely, on programme and within budget
Key Responsibilities:
-
Full day-to-day site leadership on a live Severn Trent project
-
Managing direct labour, subcontractors, plant and materials
-
Overseeing installation of 2KM rising main
-
Ensuring compliance with RAMS, H&S and client standards
-
Programme management, reporting and commercial awareness
-
Liaising with client representatives and senior management
Qualifications and Experience:

NVQ Level 6 (Black CSCS Card) – Essential
-
SMSTS – Essential
-
3 Day First Aid – Essential
-
Temporary Works / Appointed Person / Streetworks – Advantageous

Strong track record delivering water infrastructure schemes
About the Company:
Foundation Personnel are working on behalf of a leading contractor delivering works for Severn Trent as part of their wastewater infrastructure programme. This is a key hire on a scheme where previous candidates have not met the required standard – we are looking for someone who can truly take ownership and deliver.
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures.
