Foundation Personnel is actively seeking experienced Shuttering Carpenters for a high-profile, long-term civil engineering project at Gatwick Airport.
Role Overview:
Join a skilled civils team on a major infrastructure package within one of the UK’s busiest airports. You must be highly experienced in all aspects of shuttering/formwork, able to read and interpret technical drawings, and capable of delivering precise and high-quality structural work.
Key Responsibilities:

Erecting and dismantling formwork for concrete structures

Working from detailed drawings and plans
-
Supporting concrete pours and ensuring high-quality finishes

Collaborating with site supervisors and following project timelines

Complying with airport safety and security procedures
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in shuttering carpentry
-
Blue/Gold CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2/3 in Formwork or equivalent)
-
Own PPE
-
Right to work in the UK
-
DBS check (essential for airport clearance)

2x relevant working references
