- CPCS or NPORS (with CSCS Hologram) (Essential)
- Safety Critical Medical (Essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Ride on Roller Operator on behalf of a well-established contractor to work on an earthworks project in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading UK construction and earthworks specialist delivering large-scale infrastructure, groundworks, and materials supply services across the country. The company is known for its integrated approach, strong fleet capabilities, and commitment to safety and efficiency on major projects.
You will be responsible for operating a ride-on roller on site, ensuring compaction is carried out to specification, while also supporting the site team with general duties when required.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a ride-on roller for earthworks and compaction activities
- Ensuring ground compaction meets required standards and specifications
- Carrying out daily checks and basic maintenance of plant equipment
- Working closely with site supervisors and groundworkers
- Assisting with general site duties when not operating the roller
- Maintaining safe working practices at all times
- Supporting overall site productivity and workflow
- Following site health & safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
