The Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our US White Collar team and build a new specialist niche within the construction sector. This is a key role in driving business development, building lasting candidate relationships, and using personal brand to stand out in a competitive market.
You’ll be responsible for developing your own client portfolio, identifying opportunities, and matching top talent with key businesses across the US. With the backing of our existing US presence, you will have the freedom to grow your desk while shaping your own niche within the market.
This role suits someone with drive, resilience, and the ability to balance strong business development with excellent candidate care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new business and grow a client portfolio within the US white collar construction market
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
  • Use social media and personal brand to engage clients and candidates, creating visibility and trust in your market
  • Manage the full recruitment process from prospecting and job briefing to shortlisting, interviewing, and placement
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience for both
  • Achieve targets while building a sustainable and profitable desk

What We’re Looking For

  • Recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on construction or technical markets
  • Track record in business development and building long-term client relationships
  • Confidence in managing candidate pipelines and developing trusted relationships
  • Proactive and commercial mindset with the drive to build a new niche market
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to leverage personal brand and social channels to increase visibility and engagement
