A well-established contractor with a strong presence across Demolition, Asbestos, and Civils is looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team.

The role
You’ll support the commercial control of a varied project portfolio, including:

Cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting

Managing subcontractor packages and supply chain relationships

Overseeing variations, valuations, and contract administration

Working alongside operational teams to maintain compliance and profitability
What you’ll bring
-
10+ years’ experience as a QS
-
Proven background in Demo/Asbestos/Civils
-
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
-
Confidence working independently and within a busy project environment
