Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for Plant and Vehicle Marshaller to work on a major civils project in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
This role is on behalf of a nationally recognised civil engineering contractor delivering regional infrastructure and highways schemes across the UK. The company is known for its strong safety culture, structured site management, and professional approach to traffic and logistics coordination on live projects.
You will be responsible for managing and controlling vehicle and plant movements across site, ensuring safe and efficient operations at all times.
Duties Will Include:

General Traffic Marshall duties
-
Gateman responsibilities controlling site access and egress
-
Occasionally operating temporary traffic light systems
-
Controlling and directing site traffic safely
-
Coordinating delivery areas and managing vehicle movements

Liaising with the project team over radio communication

Enforcing site traffic management plans and safety procedures
Requirements:
-
Valid Blue CPCS A73 or Blue NPORS Plant & Vehicle Marshaller

Previous experience in traffic marshalling on civils or highways projects

Confident communicating over radio systems
-
Strong understanding of site traffic management
-
Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused
