Qualifications and Experience: CPCS or NPOIRS W / CSCS
Foundation are seeking on behalf of a Tier 2 Contractor for Pipelayers for an 8-month civils project involving deep drainage, utilities and infrastructure works. Successful candidates will have a strong background in installing pipework to line and level, working within excavation teams and delivering high-quality, safe installations.
Key Responsibilities

Laying pipes for foul, storm, ducting and water mains.

Installing manholes, chambers, gullies and associated drainage structures.

Working to line & level and following engineering drawings.

Supporting the groundworks team in deep and shallow excavations.

Ensuring correct bedding, compaction and backfilling procedures.

Working safely around plant, excavation supports and confined areas.

Completing tasks efficiently to programme requirements.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Pipelayer on civils or drainage projects.

Strong understanding of levels, trench support and drainage systems.

CSCS card (essential).

Confident working in deep excavations.
-
Ability to work well within a team and follow supervisory instructions.

Additional tickets (Dumper/Roller/Confined Spaces) are advantageous.
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
