Position: Multi Skilled Personnel (360 Excavator, Groundworker, Traffic Marshall. Slinger, Banksman
Location: Coldstream, Scotland
Hours: TBC
Duration: Potential work up until March '26
Salary or Pay Rate: TBC, Negotiable
Requirements: CPCRS or NPORS W / CSCS (EUSR Cards Highly Advantageous)

Foundation Personnel are collecting interest from reliable, experienced operatives for upcoming Civils & Groundworks projects in Scotland, starting in Coldstream TD12 due to start in the near future. ? WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. Groundworkers with Dumper & Roller Tickets

• Proven experience in deep drainage, kerbing, concreting, and finishing

• Must hold CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller tickets (with CSCS logo)

• Ability to work as part of a busy civils team

2. 360 Excavator Operators (with Lifting Ops)

• Experience operating 13T–30T+ machines on groundwork & earthworks packages

• Lifting Operations endorsement required

• Must hold CPCS or NPORS with CSCS

• Experience in footings, trench boxes, and grading work desirable

3. Slinger/Signallers & Banksmen

• Previous work on heavy civils/lifting operations essential

• Strong communication skills and ability to direct plant and crane operations safely

• CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller ticket required (with CSCS logo)

4. Crane / Lifting Supervisors

• Must be experienced in overseeing complex lifting operations

• Proven understanding of lift plans and safe working practices

• Valid CPCS Crane Supervisor or NPORS equivalent with CSCS

5. Traffic Marshalls

• Experience managing site access, vehicle movements, and pedestrian safety

• NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshall ticket required (with CSCS logo)

• Good awareness of site operations and safety protocols

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ROLES:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS card with CSCS logo

• Previous experience in Civils and Groundworks is essential
• Reliability, good attitude, and safety-first mindset

Candidates must be able to provide x2 Working references.
