The Role
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to take the lead on building and delivering our training and development strategy. This is a key role in strengthening the foundation of our business by developing people across both our UK blue collar and US white collar recruitment operations.
You will take our existing training plan and build on it to create a structured and scalable programme that supports consultants at all levels. Working closely with the leadership team, you will identify where skills need to be developed, design solutions, and ensure that every new hire has a clear path to success.
This is a hands-on role that requires someone with extensive recruitment experience who can coach directly on the desk as well as deliver structured programmes in the classroom or online.
Key Responsibilities

Build on our current training plan to design, deliver, and manage onboarding programmes that set new starters up for success.

Partner with managers to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the business and create tailored training to close them.

Develop and deliver engaging training content for sales, recruitment processes, compliance, and systems.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to consultants, building confidence and driving performance.

Measure the impact of training and refine programmes to ensure continuous improvement.

Work with leadership to design career development pathways that support long-term growth.

Embed a culture of learning and professional development across the business.
What We’re Looking For

Extensive recruitment experience, with a strong track record in learning and development.

Confidence in delivering training and coaching at all levels, both in structured sessions and one-to-one on the desk.

Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate.

Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to turn strategy into action.

Experience designing training materials and using digital learning tools.
