Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
Project: Drainage, Kerbing, Ducting, and Finishing Works
Salary: £20 Per Hour, FULL SHIFT PAID 07:30-17:00
Start date: Beginning of January 2025
Duration: On going, UP TO 2 YEARS WORK
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo (Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-on Roller).
- Safety Critical Medical (SC Medical).
- DBS (criminality background check) – Easy to complete online via GOV.UK.
We are seeking Groundworkers to join a dynamic groundworks team on the Ashchurch MOD project in Tewkesbury. This is a varied role involving aspects of drainage, kerbing, ducting, and finishing works. The role also includes working with a Vac-ex system, ensuring precision and safety throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of groundworks tasks, including drainage, kerbing, and ducting.
- Use Vac-ex equipment as part of site operations.
- Assist with finishing works, ensuring areas are completed to a high standard.
- Operate forward tipping dumpers and ride-on rollers when required.
- Adhere to all site-specific health and safety requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must hold a valid CPCS or NPORS with CSCS logo for forward tipping dumper and ride-on roller.
- A current Safety Critical Medical is required.
- DBS clearance is mandatory (can be processed online on GOV.UK).
- Previous experience in groundworks on similar projects is advantageous.
