Groundworker
Position: 2x Groundworkers
Location: Barnstaple, Devon
Project: Heavy civils project – new road construction, including kerbing, concreting, drainage, and ducting
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00 (9.5 hours paid daily)
Duration: 4-5 months
Salary or Pay Rate: £21 PH
Requirements:
- CPCS or NPORS w/CSCS certification
- Must pass a Drug & Alcohol test during induction
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in groundworks
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform groundworks tasks such as kerbing, concreting, drainage, and ducting
- Work as part of a groundworks gang to complete finishing works on a heavy civils project
- Adhere to all safety protocols and site procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in groundworks and civils projects
- Proven track record in kerbing, drainage, and concreting
- Strong knowledge of site safety and compliance
