Salary: £21.00 per hour
Hours: 07:30-17:30

Foundation Personnel is seeking a Groundworker for a comprehensive civil engineering project in Newmarket, Cambridgeshire. This role is with a well-respected civil engineering firm renowned for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Groundworks: Perform a wide range of groundworks including excavation, backfilling, and compacting.
- Drainage Installation: Implement drainage systems as per project specifications.
- Concreting: Prepare and pour concrete for foundations, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Kerbing and Paving: Install kerbs and paving stones to precise standards.
- Utility Works: Assist in the installation and maintenance of utility services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in all aspects of groundworks, particularly in civil engineering projects.
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card with CSCS logo is essential.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to provide 2 references.
