Hours: 07:30-17:30 can work till 18:30

Requirements: CPCS or NPORS card – Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-on Roller ticket
Foundation Personnel are seeking Groundworker to join a leading civil engineering company based in Bridgwater. This company is known for its excellence in delivering complex infrastructure and road formation projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The successful candidate will work as part of a gang, focusing on road formation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform groundworking tasks related to road formation.
- Operate forward tipping dumpers and ride-on rollers.
- Work effectively as part of a gang to complete projects on time.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Follow project plans and instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Groundworker in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of road formation processes.
- A valid CPCS or NPORS card – Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-on Roller card is essential.
- Must be able to provide 2 references.
