Foundation Personnel are currently looking for Groundworkers to join a drainage gang in Daventry, Northamptonshire. The role involves working on civils projects with deep drainage up to 4m, supporting a leading contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale infrastructure and groundworks schemes across the UK. Known for their professionalism, technical capability, and strong safety culture, they are trusted to deliver challenging projects to the highest standards.
Duties Will Include:

Assisting with deep drainage works up to 4m, including trench boxes and manhole installations

Operating Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-on Roller when required

Supporting civils gang with foundations and ducting works
-
General groundworks duties and site housekeeping
-
Working safely and efficiently in line with strict HSE standards
Requirements:

Valid CSCS card
-
Forward Tipping Dumper ticket
-
Ride-on Roller ticket
-
In-date Safety Critical Medical
-
Proven experience in civils and deep drainage projects
-
Ability to work as part of a drainage gang
