Position: 360 Excavator Operator (Lifting Ops)
Location: Newmarket, Cambridgeshire
Project: Drainage Works
Hours: Monday – Thursday – 07:00 – 16:30 and Friday – 07:00 – 15:00 – (9.5 Hours paid)
Duration: On going
Salary: £22 Per Hour
Requirements:
- CPCS or NPORS/CSCS logo card with Lifting Ops
- Ability to pass a security clearance check (no criminal record required)
- EL1 Clearance
- SC Medical (Beneficial)
Foundation Personnel are looking for 360 Excavator Operator with Lifting Ops to join a drainage gang on a major project in Newmarket. The role involves deep drainage work, including operating excavators for lifting and placing manhole boxes and trench boxes at depths of up to 2.5m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of a 360 Excavator with Lifting Ops for deep drainage installations
- Assisting with manhole and trench box placements
- Ensuring all lifts comply with site lifting plans and safety procedures
- Supporting the drainage gang in excavation and pipe-laying tasks
- Following site safety regulations and maintaining high standards of work
Requirements:
- CPCS or NPORS/CSCS logo card with Lifting Ops
- Ability to pass a security clearance check (no criminal record required)
- SC Medical (Bones)
- EL1 Clearance
- Strong experience working in deep drainage environments
- Knowledge of safe lifting procedures and excavation techniques
