Duration: 3 Months work
Salary or Pay Rate: £17 PH
Foundation Personnel currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Gateman to join a team on a Construction Site for a 3-month period. The Gateman will play a critical role in maintaining site security, monitoring access, and ensuring the safety of all personnel and visitors.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Control access to the construction site, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles are permitted entry.

Sign in and out all workers, visitors, and deliveries.

Maintain a secure log of site access and daily activities.

Conduct ID checks and ensure visitors wear appropriate PPE.

Communicate with site management and security as needed.

Ensure the gate area is clean, tidy, and free of obstructions.

Monitor CCTV and report any suspicious behavior or security concerns.

Enforce site health and safety protocols at the gate.

Act as the first point of contact for deliveries and direct them appropriately.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience as a gateman, security guard, or similar role (preferred).

Valid CSCS Card (required).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
-
Must be physically fit and capable of standing for long periods.
Candidates must be able to provide x2 working references.
