Foundation Personnel Limited are currently recruiting for a Forward tipping dumper and groundworker in Portsmouth. In this role you will:
be working around asbestos (full CAT B training, PPE & RPE provided) and will require to be clean shaven for the duration of the project, as well as conduct your role in full protective clothing. This is not a Monday start type role, and could see the right candidates employed for the remainder of the year.
Due to the hurdles in place we are offering some incentives to interest and retain staff including:
> Uplifted hourly rates for security cleared and CAT B qualified operatives.
> a £100 gratuity payment for completion of all required security.
> Reimbursement of the cost of the DBS check (£18 through the gov.uk website)
Candidates must have experience as Forward tipping dumper and groundworker and hold the following Qualifications and Certificates:
CPCS/NPORS and a DBS
Good candidates can be kept in long term work.
A Safety Critical medical would be advantageous but is not essential
Candidates must be able to provide two references.
