Document Controller for Construction Contractor
To oversee and maintain the uploading of project-related documents into the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), support the submission of information to the Screening Contractor, and assist with inputting data into the logistics management portal. This position plays a key role in aiding the project team by delivering up-to-date information and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate uploading and proper naming of project documents within the EDMS.

Enter delivery details and related information into logistics management systems.

Develop and enforce document control practices to remain aligned with company standards.

Support efficient communication across project teams by maintaining current and accessible documentation for all parties involved.

Work closely with project managers to assess documentation requirements and enhance workflow efficiency.

Provide general administrative support, including document printing, scanning, data entry, and related tasks.

Proven experience in document control or related administrative roles
