• Proven experience with 3T to 14T excavators in groundworks

Foundation Personnel is looking for a 360 Excavator Operator with lifting capabilities to join a groundworks team on a public realm and civils project in Bridgwater, Somerset. This project involves comprehensive site preparations, including kerbing, path edging, and preparation for block paving, as well as shallow drainage work. Our client is well-regarded for delivering high-quality civil engineering projects across the region, safety, precision, and skilled craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a range of 360 excavators (3T to 14T) within a groundworks gang.
• Perform lifting operations safely and efficiently as required.
• Assist with public realm tasks such as kerbing, edging, and block paving preparation.
• Follow safety protocols and project specifications, ensuring a safe and productive worksite.
• Work closely with the team to complete tasks to high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have a valid Blue CPCS or NPORS/CSCS card with lifting ops certification.
• Experience in public realm and civils projects is beneficial.
• A strong understanding of safety practices and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team setting and independently when needed.
