Hours: 07:00 – 17:30

- Blue CPCS Card or NPORS with CSCS Logo (Essential)
- Articulated Dumper Truck ( essential)
- Forward Tipping Dumper ( essential)
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Dumper Forward & Rear Tip Operator to work on a major infrastructure project in Kendal, Cumbria.
This role is on behalf of a leading UK engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering major civil engineering, utilities, water, and construction projects across the country. The business is recognized for its technical expertise, strong safety culture, and experience delivering complex infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for operating Hydrema forward and rear tipping dumpers, supporting earthworks and site operations while ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating Hydrema forward and rear tipping dumpers safely and efficiently
- Moving and transporting soil, stone, spoil, and other materials around site
- Carrying out tipping operations at designated areas
- Supporting earthworks and general site operations
- Working alongside excavator operators, groundworkers, and site supervisors
- Following designated site routes and traffic management procedures
- Carrying out daily machine inspections and reporting any defects
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
