Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Dozer Operator to work on a major infrastructure project in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on high-profile developments.
You will be responsible for operating a dozer and carrying out a range of earthworks activities, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a dozer safely and efficiently on site
- Carrying out earthworks, grading, levelling, and formation works
- Moving and spreading soil, stone, and other materials
- Preparing and maintaining working platforms and site levels
- Working to site drawings, specifications, and required levels
- Working closely with excavator operators, groundworkers, engineers, and site supervisors
- Carrying out daily plant inspections and reporting any defects
- Maintaining safe working practices and site productivity
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
