Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Forward Tipping Dumper Operator to work on a major infrastructure project in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on high-profile developments.
You will be responsible for operating a forward tipping dumper, carrying out muck away and earthworks duties to support the efficient delivery of the project.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a forward tipping dumper safely and efficiently on site
- Carrying out muck away operations across the project
- Moving and transporting spoil, soil, and other materials around site
- Loading and tipping materials at designated areas
- Working alongside excavator operators, groundworkers, and site management
- Carrying out daily plant inspections and reporting any defects
- Following designated site routes and traffic management procedures
- Assisting with general earthworks activities when required
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
