Duration: Temporary, potentially ongoing
Rate: £36 per hour (night shift)
Hours: 19:00 – 07:00

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a local Crawler Crane Operator (Over 10 Tonnes) to work on a project in Fleetwood, Lancashire.
This role is on behalf of a leading UK engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering major civil engineering, utilities, water, and industrial projects nationwide. The company is recognised for its engineering expertise, innovative approach, and commitment to delivering complex infrastructure projects safely and efficiently.
You will be responsible for operating a crawler crane over 10 tonnes, supporting lifting operations across the site while ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with lift plans.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a crawler crane over 10 tonnes safely and efficiently
- Experienced operating LTR1100 and 90T Kobelco
- Carrying out lifting operations in accordance with approved lift plans
- Lifting and positioning materials, plant, and equipment around site
- Working closely with slingers, lifting supervisors, and site management
- Completing daily plant inspections and reporting any defects
- Ensuring lifting operations comply with LOLER and site procedures
- Maintaining safe exclusion zones during lifting activities
- Supporting the successful delivery of major civil engineering works
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
