Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced General Operative to work on a project in Scotland.
This role is on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the UK. The company is recognised for its structured site management, high safety standards, and strong delivery record across technically demanding schemes.
You will be responsible for supporting site operations, carrying out general duties, and working safely in confined space environments where required.
Duties Will Include:
Carrying out general site operative duties
Working safely within confined spaces
Assisting skilled trades and site operatives
General site maintenance and housekeeping
Loading and unloading materials
Following all site health & safety procedures
Supporting site supervisors with daily activities
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
