Position: 360 Excavator Operator
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Project: Civils – All Aspects of Civils
Salary: £24 Per Hour
Duration: Ongoing

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for a 360 Excavator Operator to join a busy civils gang on a long-term infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator to work with a reputable contractor on a variety of civil engineering works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently
- Carrying out drainage, ducting, and trenching works
- Excavating for foundations and utilities
- Backfilling and grading
- Loading dumpers and moving materials around site
- Assisting with lifting operations (if suitably ticketed)
- Daily machine checks and routine maintenance
- Working to site drawings and following health & safety procedures at all times
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience operating 360 excavators on civils projects
- Proven experience in drainage, ducting, bulk excavation, and finishing works
