- Blue CPCS Card (Essential)

Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting for Rubber Duck Operator to work on a major infrastructure project in Halifax, West Yorkshire
This role is on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and complex building projects across the UK. The company is well known for its innovative construction methods, advanced engineering solutions, and strong commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability on high-profile developments.
You will be responsible for operating a rubber duck excavator, carrying out a wide range of earthworks and civils activities to support the successful delivery of the project.
Duties Will Include:
- Operating a rubber duck excavator safely and efficiently on site
- Carrying out all aspects of earthworks and civil engineering operations
- Excavation, grading, trenching, and backfilling works
- Loading materials and supporting site logistics where required
- Working alongside groundworkers, engineers, and site supervisors
- Carrying out daily plant inspections and reporting any defects
- Working to site drawings and specifications
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining strict health & safety standards on site
