General Foreman
Position: General Foreman
Location: Bexwell, Norfolk
Project: @one Alliance (Anglian Water) Project
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00
Duration: 4 Weeks (Potential for ongoing work)
Salary or Pay Rate: £330
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
- NPORS or CPCS Lift Supervisor
- Previous civil engineering or utilities experience
- Full orange PPE
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Manager with daily site operations
- Supervise lifting activities and ensure safe working practices
- Assist with site coordination and programme delivery
- Maintain health & safety standards and site documentation
- Liaise with subcontractors and the site team
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager role
- Experience on utilities or civil engineering projects preferred
- Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety
- Good communication and organisational skills
