Position: Forward Tipping dumper
Location: Bognor Regis, Hampshire

Hours: 7:30AM to 5:30PM
Duration: 2 / 3 Weeks Work
Salary or Pay Rate: £18 PH
Foundation Personnel are currently seeking an experienced Forward Tipping Dumper Operator to join our team on a busy construction and civil engineering project. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious operator looking for ongoing work with a reputable contractor.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper qualification
- Valid CSCS Card (where applicable)
- Previous experience operating a Forward Tipping Dumper on construction or civil engineering projects
- A good understanding of site health and safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow site instructions
- Strong work ethic with excellent timekeeping and reliability
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Duties
- Safely operating a Forward Tipping Dumper to transport materials around site
- Carrying out daily pre-start and safety checks on the machine
- Loading, transporting, and tipping materials as directed by site management
- Working closely with groundworkers and plant operators to ensure the safe movement of materials
- Reporting any defects or maintenance issues promptly
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping on site
Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test at induction, carried out by our end client, as part of their health and safety procedures
